 If my photos have any value, it’s because they show a Mexico that no longer exists. 
 If I came out a photographer it’s because I knew about painting, composition, and the handling of light. 
 I was the only woman fooling around with a camera in the streets and all the reporters laughed at me. So I became a fighter.
